Selection Process

When an appropriate applicant is selected, 

HRM  Canada supervises the offer of employment. We assist in the presentation of the offer, check and validate all candidate references and act as a key intermediary throughout the contract negotiations. Once a match is completed, HRM Canada conducts thorough evaluations of the candidate's transition into your company.
