Permanent Staffing Process


Initial Contact

•  The client places and order for a requirement through e-mail, fax, or mail.

•  HRM will discuss the important details of the job requirement with the client: experience, skills, etc.

•  HRM will research and understand the client's industry and labor pool.


Search Process

•  HRM develops an internal & external recruitment campaign.

•  HRM sources the internet, newspapers, referrals, career fairs, etc.

•  HRM screens and interview the most suited candidates.

•  HRM tests their technical skills, personality and communication skills.

•  HRM conducts in depth background and reference checks from past employers


Selection Process

•  HRM short list candidates and forward their resumes to the client.

•  HRM assists in the negotiation of compensation and the preparation of the Letter of Employment.

•  HRM presents the offer letter and fax the signed copy to the client.


Billing & Guarantee Process

•  HRM invoices the client one month following the Employee start date.

•  HRM contacts the client once a month to ensure total satisfaction.

•  An unsatisfied client will have the option of a refund or the employee will be replaced at no charge.
